Before contacting support

  1. Confirm Chrome is version 120 or later.
  2. Open BringLive Guard and note which protection switches are enabled.
  3. For a website issue, include the website domain and describe the behavior. Do not send passwords, card details, PINs or OTP values.
  4. Try trusting the affected site temporarily or disabling one protection layer to identify the cause.

Local data controls

Open BringLive Guard Options to clear activity, notification entries and counters or to remove trusted and blocked domains. You can also remove the extension from Chrome at any time.
