How to report a suspected security issue affecting the public website.

Security reports are welcome when made responsibly and without accessing, changing or disclosing other people’s information.

1. Reporting

Stop testing, avoid personal or confidential information, preserve basic evidence and report the suspected issue privately to info@bringlivedigital.com .

2. Include

  • The affected page or service.
  • A clear description and safe reproduction steps.
  • Date, time, browser or device details where relevant.
  • Reliable contact information.

3. Prohibited testing

  • No access, copying, alteration or deletion of data without permission.
  • No credential attacks, phishing, malware, denial-of-service or traffic flooding.
  • No testing of third-party systems or accounts that BringLive Digital does not control.

4. No absolute guarantee

No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. Visitors should not send passwords, identity documents, banking details or unnecessary sensitive records through a general enquiry.
