1. Protected material

The BringLive and BringLive Digital names, official logos, website design, original text, graphics, software interfaces, demonstrations, workflows, reports, documents and videos are proprietary to BringLive Digital or used under licence.

2. Permitted and prohibited use

A visitor may view the website and share an ordinary link for lawful evaluation. No wider licence is granted.

• No commercial copying, republishing or selling of substantial material.
• No removal of ownership notices or presentation of BringLive material as another person’s work.
• No reverse engineering or using a controlled demonstration to build a competing product.
• No use of BringLive branding or confusingly similar branding without written permission.
• No attempted access to source code, repositories, SQL, credentials or non-public documentation.

3. Trade marks

Company registration, domain ownership and copyright notices are not the same as a registered trade mark. The ® symbol must not be used unless the relevant mark is registered.
