1. Purpose
This policy protects participants, BringLive Digital and the reliability of BringLive Meet.
2. Prohibited activity
- Illegal activity, fraud, threats, harassment, stalking or exploitation.
- Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material or content prohibited by applicable law.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, denial-of-service activity, scanning or attempts to defeat access controls.
- Impersonation or misleading use of another person's identity or organisation.
- Unauthorized interception, recording, surveillance or disclosure of confidential communications.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights infringement.
- Automated abuse, excessive load or use designed to degrade the service for others.
- Sharing invitation links or account access in a manner that defeats host or subscription controls.
3. Host responsibilities
Hosts should control invitations, explain recording or special monitoring to participants, remove abusive participants and use Stage/audience controls where appropriate.
4. Enforcement
BringLive Digital may investigate credible abuse reports and may restrict accounts or rooms where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal obligations. Decisions should be documented and proportionate.
5. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse or security problems to info@bringlivedigital.com. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary sensitive content.
