1. Essential technologies
The supplied portal uses an essential HttpOnly session cookie after sign-in. It is required to maintain the authenticated session and cannot be read by portal JavaScript. The service also uses a CSRF token associated with the session to protect state-changing requests.
2. Local browser storage
The portal may use local browser storage for non-sensitive interface choices such as dismissing the essential-technology notice or supporting installable-app behaviour. Meeting media permission remains controlled by your browser/device.
3. Analytics and advertising
This 3.1 source build does not include advertising cookies, behavioural advertising or cross-site profiling. If non-essential analytics are added later, the notice and consent controls must be reviewed before deployment.
4. Managing storage
You can use browser settings to inspect or clear cookies and site data. Clearing the session cookie signs you out. Blocking essential cookies may prevent authenticated portal functions from working.
5. Third parties
When external services such as Stripe are configured and opened, their own sites may use cookies under their own notices. The production service must link the applicable provider notices where appropriate.
